Where your collectibles live

On your first purchase we create a vault for you — a blockchain wallet secured by your email address rather than by a seed phrase. When you buy something it transfers straight there.

Why there is nothing to wait for

Payment and delivery happen in the same blockchain transaction. There is no queue and no separate dispatch step: if your payment succeeded, the item is already yours. You can see the transaction itself in your order history.

Your email is your key

Access to your vault is proved by access to your email address, confirmed with a one-time code. That is what removes the seed phrase — and it means whoever controls your inbox controls your collectibles. Use a strong, unique password on your email account and turn on two-factor authentication.

Moving items out

Your vault is yours, not a display case. You can transfer items to any wallet you control whenever you like. Blockchain transfers are irreversible, so check the destination address carefully — if it is wrong, the item cannot be recovered by us or by anyone.

Which networks we use

Collectibles live on Polygon or BNB Smart Chain, depending on the collection. Each item's page states which. Your vault works with both, and uses the same address on each.

What we cannot control

Artwork for third-party collections is hosted by those projects, not by us. If a project disappears its images can stop loading, even though the collectible itself remains yours on the blockchain. We hide items whose artwork we can no longer load, so we do not sell you something we cannot show you.
